Smile Care is a shakedown!EVERY time I have an appointment I have to wait...I know this is normal for dentist offices. Today I waited over an hour to have them tell me that I had to come back another day for cleaning! I planned the visit over 3 months ago. An HEB employee in Marble Falls Texas accused me of stealingItook a shampoo back to discuss the price, I was sure I had been charged wrong price. I did not have my receipt with me but I assured the clerk I had it at home. She checked for "movement" on that item at the time I said it was bought. Cheap fabric from rooms to goI purchased a reclining couch, love seat, end tables, lamps and coffee table after a few month the fabric on the backrest of the couch and love seat started to get thin and rip. I stopped my local store and asked if this was covered by the warranty we purchased and they said it was not. I have had the rips repaired and new rips in the fabric keep appearing only on the back And looks really bad.
